Helping people achieve superior wellness
Welcome to Nutritional Therapy with Diana Meadows!
Specializing in all aspects of overall wellness while tackling the underlying causes that prevent achieving it is what I’m passionate about! Working with a nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP) will provide you the framework and steps to achieve optimal wellness.
What does bio-individuality mean?
Have you ever heard the old cliche “it’s not one size fits all.” Well that’s what bio-individuality is. There is no set protocol for wellness across the board for everyone.
Bio-individuality makes each person’s needs, barriers and successes unique to them. Success as an individual looks different for everyone. An NTP aids each person on their health journey by developing a plan of action to help achieve optimal wellness.
What is a nutritional therapist?
An NTP addresses and embraces each person’s bio-indivuality and creates a plan that focuses on the root of problems to heal the symptoms. An NTP focuses on six foundations of wellness: nutrient-dense diet, hydration, fatty acidsminerals, blood sugar regulation and digestion, to address symptoms that are preventing a person from feeling their best.
An NTP believes that health is achieved through a bio-individual approach and takes into account the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By focusing on holistic and ancestral practices, NTPs use an approach to wellness that has longwithstanding success.
